Izakaya Hie
Corner of 4th on the Echoland main strip and only 100 meters from the White Horse Hotel, Hie is the quintessential Japanese izakaya experience. The food is consistently at a high level, the beer is cold and there are numerous sake's to choose from. The sashimi is always fresh here. For something different try the baked avacado. Careful it is hot. As with any izakaya there will be a small cover charge but you will be served a starter for that. Also izakayas are basically bars so make sure you order a few drinks as well as enjoy the share plates of food.
